A MINIMUM of 24-48hrs is required to avoid a non-refundable deposit. I strive to accommodate each client's schedule. Last minute cancellations do not allow time for me utilize scheduling to fill appointments, therefore, I do not get paid.  

When scheduling a new appointment (Over 1-Hour) - $50 Deposit Required. This will go toward appointment cost at time of service. 

I understand that life events/emergencies happen. Those matters will be handled individually. I appreciate your understanding as I navigate accommodating each client (while maximizing my schedule in a timely manner.)  I believe my time is just as valuable as my clients. This is why these policies have been built over my 13+ years as a stylist. These current policies work best for my clientele, and I, at this time!
